Bacchus: sleeping a maximum of 20 people (max 16 adults across the two homes plus another 4 children can be accommodated on airbeds and a remaining click clack single sofa bed (on request). Swimming pool open Easter to end September, tennis court, gym, pool bar / entertaining room (seasonal) and hot tub.

The Farmhouse: 5 bedrooms sleeping 10 plus a sofa bed sleeping 2, and a daybed sleeping 1 in the second master bedroom. Four en-suites, guest WC, four reception spaces.
Ground Floor
Kitchen/Dining room with doors opening onto the terrace with lovely views. Hot tub is nearby. Dining space for 8-12 guests (at a squeeze). Two extra spaces at the kitchen bar counter top.
Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, five ring gas hob, electric double oven, Nespresso machine (Vertuo), microwave, toaster, kettle, hot Quooker tap. Fully stocked with glassware and crockery for 14+ guests.
Drawing Room/Music room with seating for 8/10 guests, inglenook fireplace with log burner (logs and kindling supplied), desk area with Mac computer. A lovely piano and garden access to the side terrace.
Snug/hallway style lounge - a quiet space with seating for 6, stereo system, record player/vinyls and log burning stove.
Cinema/TV room - tucked away is a cool darker room with sofa bed, pouffes and floor cushion seating for 4/6. Netflix, Sky Sports, BT Sport and much more on an all singing, all dancing 65 inch screen!
Downstairs cloakroom with WC
Utility room with washer and tumble dryer. Hallway with coat hooks. Perfect places to clean up muddy paws, a pet crate is supplied.
First Floor

Perfectly located in a wonderful country spot yet so close to the coast of Hythe, Sandgate and the trendy Folkestone harbour and in the other direction the bustling Cathedral city of Canterbury. (equally 15 mins away approximately).
Folkestone is a super up and coming trendy seaside town. The harbour is where all the action can be found including the Harbour Arm with street food, yummy cocktails from Wildbox bars, Macknade eatery / food court and of course, like you might expect, a host of fish and chip shops, fresh seafood stalls, proper English pubs and little shops for trinkets for the little ones. If you venture just away from the harbour you can discover the old town including Steep Street and The Bayle with vintage shops, art galleries, and Steep street cafe for the best cakes and coffees! Explore this vibrant town whilst still a secret.
Seaside activities can be enjoyed in both Dover and Folkestone. Paddleboarding, kayaking and water games can be booked before and on a day out.
Shopping is best found in Canterbury, with it's cobbled streets, an abundance of restaurants and cafes, and a mix of branded shops and boutiques it will give you the retail buzz you may be looking for. Canterbury also homes Chimera, an indoor climbing wall, as well as Escape Rooms - ideal on those less than sunny days.
High speed trains from London go into Canterbury West (buses connections and or taxi services). There is a further train station at Canterbury East. Petham is approximately 15 minutes drive from Canterbury.
