Waltham is a pretty village on the North Downs surrounded by excellent walking and cycling countryside and just a short drive to Canterbury and only 20 minutes from the Channel Tunnel. As such it is an excellent base for touring.
Equus Barn is a newly converted farm building with a sociable open plan living space two bedrooms and a bathroom. A ramp to the front door and the single storey building makes it ideal for people with restricted mobility.
Outside is a large gravelled courtyard where guests can sit and relax in the peaceful setting of the equine estate and watch the horses roaming in the paddock.
The owners welcome you to meet their friendly horses and enjoy the stable yard community which makes this accommodation so very different with the working stable yard across from the property within the estate. Should you be keen to don on the riding hat and look to enjoy a hack arrangements can be made at a nearby school please ask us for more details.
Equus Barn can be booked together with the adjacent Cavallo Barn offering group accommodation for up to 12 guests.

Pet friendly-dogs must be kept on lead at all times as there are horses in the yard and paddocks. The garden is not enclosed. Please note additional pet charges are £30 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged.

House Rules
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
