The Bull Pen is a wonderful conversion of an old farm building. Three generations have farmed here for over 70 years and, as the name suggests once upon a time a corner of this property was used to house the farm bull! Now you can enjoy modern day living with all the home comforts, in a beautiful part of Kent just below the Pilgrims Way in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The open plan living space opens up on to a terrace and garden with huge bi-folding doors which really bring the outdoors in. After a busy day sightseeing you can enjoy the gardens to relax and chill, whilst the children play. Or snuggle up on the cosy sofas and enjoy a hot chocolate on a wintry day.

Excellent accommodation, very well equipped, spotlessly clean, everything is brand new. Very quiet and peaceful. Brilliant!

It was an honor to be your first guests! We really enjoyed your property and the beautiful surroundings. The children also loved the garden and the water hose. We travel a lot but rarely see such a complete house. We will definitely come back again!
