The gardens and setting are quite the place to enjoy al fresco dining, but in winter enjoy the warming glow from the wood burner whilst snuggling up on the plush soft furnishings.
The detailed little luxuries are endless including beautifully appointed rooms, hypoallergenic bedding, white cotton linen and the bathrooms are all finished to a high standard including elegant marble tiling, oversized showers - one of which features a luxurious roll top bath - ideal for a Cadburys flake moment….!

The Dairy: sleeps 6+2 guests in an independent detached cottage. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one roll top, lovely wrap around grounds include the driveway and lawned areas and stunning views over the countryside.
Ground Floor
Enter via the side of the property into a hallway. Up a few steps into the kitchen space and around to the hallway. A surprising space, the cottage is deceiving from the outside and bigger than it looks!
The kitchen and breakfast room has a beautifully crafted modern kitchen, butler sink, fridge/freezer, electric hob and electric oven, large refectory table for seating 8. Stunning decorations and lighting. Nespresso machine (Vertuo), microwave, toaster, kettle. Fully stocked with glassware and crockery for 8 guests.
Family bathroom with freestanding roll top bath, shower over and heated towel rail.
The living space is beyond and accessible down a few steps. With a beautiful cosy French styled space there are several seating areas plus a 65 inch Smart screen TV with Freeview and woodburning stove.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) king size bed, wardrobe and french doors to the garden

House Rules
We hope you have a wonderful stay in The Dairy.
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note stag and hen parties are not permitted unless agreed in writing
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.
No Chinese lanterns
No Fireworks
No extra visitors unless agreed in writing
In the Area
The Dairy is located in the rural spot of Ulcombe, near Maidstone, yet extremely accessible via major roads and close to two large train stations that connect to London (Headcorn and Maidstone).
Only a short 15 minute walk away you will find a lovely Kentish pub, and should you wish to explore Headcorn and Lenham these are both within a 10 minute drive offering a choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Or for days out exploring Kent attractions such as the beautiful Leeds Castle which offers great fun for all the family and big events across the year, and is 10 minutes away. The Big Cat Sanctuary is also nearby where you can see a wide variety of large endangered cats. The beaches along the South East Coast are approximately 20 miles away where you can visit the lovely seaside towns of Hythe, Greatstone and Camber Sands.
