Please note this property is suitable for up to 6 people. 2 additional children can be accommodated on the sofa beds in the basement, but are only suitable for older children. Please request these if required.
Unfortunately there is no stair gate at the property for smaller children.
Please note check in is 4pm and check out is 9am.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Please note this property accepts a maximum of 6 adults.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Pets are not permitted.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
If you plan to arrange a food delivery please contact Bloom Stays for exact instructions which are required for all deliveries.
In the Area
Elham Valley is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A short walk to the village shop and maybe lunch in the pub. A short drive to Folkestone to explore the harbour and sandy beaches. Access to both London and the Continent are easy peasy.
