The Bloom Stays way

    • Whether you’re a guest or an owner, we work hard behind the scenes to provide secure homes, systems, tools, and support to ensure everyone is kept safe and happy.
    • Each booking sends a donation to the Family Holiday Charity, helping families who have faced illness, loss, or hardship to enjoy a much-needed break together. By supporting their work, we’re proud to play a small part in creating time and space for families to reconnect, make memories, and experience the simple joy of a holiday.
    • We partner with other small businesses in the area to give our guests the full experience of a holiday in the Garden of England. From catering, cocktail boxes and private wine tours, to balloons and cakes for family gatherings, we know it’s those small touches that make a stay in our houses feel that bit more special.

Get to know us

Our team is spread across Kent & Sussex so, between us, we know the best spots for coastal walks, children’s activities, dog-friendly spots, restaurant openings, and where you can find a great cup of coffee. And we don’t stop at offering recommendations – we also have a big circle of friends that we can call upon for providing guests with bike hire, catering, beach yoga, or wine-tasting.

‘Happy guests, happy owners’ is my mantra, and I’m completely focused on making sure the houses we offer are the best they can be, keeping up with changing trends and lifestyles.

Favourite places to eat and places to visit in Kent and Sussex?

I love to visit our seaside towns, especially Broadstairs and Sandgate, along with Dungeness. For a Sussex countryside fix I love walking in the South Downs and the medieval town of Arundel. Back in Kent, I recommend Canterbury’s The Goods Shed and The Pig, as well as lots of local pubs near to where I live: The Duke William, The Black Robin, The Tiger (Stowting), and Five Bells (Brabourne).

I’ve sourced and managed hundreds of different holiday let properties over the years, ensuring each one has realised its full potential. Alongside Nicky, my job is to make sure that as owners, your business is looked after.

What do you love about Kent and Sussex?

I love how close we are to everything; the sea, the country, and the city. Living in Canterbury means that at the weekend, I can nip to the seaside in Whitstable to grab an ice cream, or walk into Blean Woods from my house after lunch in the city. For me, going further afield into Sussex means I can wander around Chichester’s historic streets, go to the famous Chichester Festival Theatre, or even head south to grab a coffee by the sea in Selsey.
