With over 30 years’ experience in holiday letting, we’ve developed an eye for detail and quality, providing remarkable stays to guests seeking a visit to the South East. We hand-pick only the best houses we can find across Kent & Sussex and, once they join the Bloom Stays family, work closely and thoughtfully with owners to make sure their homes continue to fit the changing requirements of our guests.
And our name? Our roots are in the Garden of England; we started in Kent, the garden of England, and we’re now in Sussex too. We want everyone to ‘bloom’ – whether you’re staying in our houses as a guest, or you’re an owner investing in the business of holiday letting.

Idyllic spots
We visit — and need to fall in love — with every home before it joins the Bloom Stays collection.
Our team is spread across Kent & Sussex so, between us, we know the best spots for coastal walks, children’s activities, dog-friendly spots, restaurant openings, and where you can find a great cup of coffee. And we don’t stop at offering recommendations – we also have a big circle of friends that we can call upon for providing guests with bike hire, catering, beach yoga, or wine-tasting.
‘Happy guests, happy owners’ is my mantra, and I’m completely focused on making sure the houses we offer are the best they can be, keeping up with changing trends and lifestyles.
Favourite places to eat and places to visit in Kent?
I love to visit our seaside towns, Broadstairs and Sandgate, along with Dungeness. For a countryside fix I love the Weald as there are so many pretty villages and places of interest. I love to eat in The Goods Shed and The Pig, as well as lots of local pubs near to where I live — The Duke William, The Black Robin, The Tiger (Stowting), Five Bells (Brabourne).
I’ve sourced and managed hundreds of different holiday let properties over the years, ensuring each one has realised its full potential. Alongside Nicky, my job is to make sure that as owners, your business is looked after.
What do you love about Kent?
I love how close we are to everything; the sea, the country, and the city. Living in Canterbury means that at the weekend and holiday times, I can nip to the seaside in Whitstable to grab an ice cream, or walk into Blean Woods from my house after lunch in the city! Lots of Kent has these wonderful mixes and little gems, always ready to be discovered.
