Offering a wonderful amount of space for two (1000 sq ft), with a beautifully finished kitchen with black granite counter-tops, that has been fully equipped for you to freely cook; whether breakfast, lunch, dinner or a picnic for a jaunt in the countryside. After an evening G&T taking in the countryside air from the outdoor dining area or from the comfort of the sofa, retreat to the elegant, ensuite, King size bedroom for a restful nights sleep.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.- Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. For outdoor smoking please use the area by the parking space as smoking is not permitted near the thatch.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
- Please be respectful to our neighbours.

Located at the top of the North Downs, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sits the small village of Stowting. Surrounded by miles of unspoilt countryside, with a choice of picturesque walks and cycle routes nearby, as well as a choice of locally renowned pubs; the nearest being the charming Tiger Inn and the beautiful Five Bells at Brabourne. Nestled between the coast and the city, with the quaint coastal town of Hythe 15 minutes by car, and the historic cobbled streets of the city of Canterbury a few minutes further, exploring this beautiful part of Kent further couldn’t be easier.
