With the village of Wye nearby, this charming village offers a choice of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, and cosy pubs, whilst the cobblestones of the historic city of Canterbury are a mere 20 minute drive away, with the coast just a little bit further.

A charming, character-filled country cottage, a former stable building, Little Ripple Cottage sits amongst neighbouring beautifully converted farm buildings, with a quintessential Kentish oast and wooden converted barn as your friendly neighbours. At the heart of the cottage, the double height sitting and dining room with exposed beam ceiling is warmed by a roaring woodburner, the ideal backdrop for cosy evenings in. A handbuilt wooden staircase leads up to a mezzanine bedroom with single bed and reading nook, whilst back downstairs french doors open out onto a quaint patio garden with al fresco dining table and chairs. As night falls, after a day of exploring the Kent countryside, retreat to the master bedroom with comfortable King size bed, with a modern bathroom steps away.

    We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
    Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
    Smoking is not permitted in the property, or outdoor areas, at any time.
    Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
    For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
    Please note stag and hen parties are not permitted.
    Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.

Located in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the small village of Crundale, perfectly sandwiched between the historic city of Canterbury and the town of Ashford. Surrounded by a choice of picturesque walking and cycling routes, with the Kante Way Cycle Route nearby, and the Wye Downs National Nature Reserve a 5 minute drive away from which spectacular views of rolling countryside can be admired.

The charming village of Wye, home to a choice of independent shops and cafes, country pubs and restaurants to discover is within a 5 minute drive, with a train station taking you to London in just over an hour. Should you be able to tear yourself away from the peace of the countryside to explore the coast; the pebbled beach at Hythe stretches as far as vibrant Folkestone with a promenade ideal for walking and cycling, or should you rather immerse yourself in history, the city of Canterbury with its impressive Cathedral is less than a 20 minute drive away.
