Beautiful green spaces surround the city centre perfect for picnics or wandering and the river Stour meanders its way through - on which you can enjoy an afternoon of punting. Whether you are looking to enjoy a city break or plan to explore Kent further The Loft at Emperor Court is ideally situated for both having a dedicated parking space and less than 5-minute walk to the nearby bus and train stations you can easily explore further afield with the coastal town of Whitstable a short distance away and direct train route into London.

    We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.

    Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
    Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
    Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
    For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
    Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
    Parties and loud music are not permitted.

    Vehicle Access Via Beer Cart Lane Car Park – USE POSTCODE CT1 2NY AND ACCESS VIA STOUR STREET TO BEER CART LANE
    Note – The private car park space is not suitable for large vehicles. Nearest public car park is 5 minutes’ walk on Castle Street.

Being our first visit to England, I was a bit surprised just how old most accommodations were. It was very refreshing staying at The Loft because it was "new", up to date and clean. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The unit is clean and so welcoming when we arrived. I love every aspect of it. I love the big and neat kitchen space. The toilets are clean. Everything about this house is amazing

Wonderfull atypical flat in the heart of Canterbury. We couldn't wait better !!!! Everything was perfect : amazing kitchen, helpfull private carpark, cosy rooms, two bathrooms and everything you can need !

A nice stay in the heart of Canterbury 4.5/5

The directions and property description provided by Bloom Stays was very accurate and therefore easy to follow. The apartment was clean and as described in the pictures on the internet. The kitchen inventory left nothing to be desired. Especially the toaster was very very impressive 🙂 The bathrooms were in good shape and the backyard location of the apartment was very pleasant. It was very quiet for the most part. The rubbish bins were unfortunately very full, but you can't blame Bloom Stays for that. The interiors were top notch. The only criticism was the large bed. The slatted frame was broken. However, my sleep was not greatly disturbed 🙂 All in all, I can only recommend this apartment and will gladly come back.

Feeling like emperors at home! 5/5

The nicest, most stylish and elegant holiday flat we’ve ever rented! Comfortable, spotless, big, immaculate, and provided with every sort of modern comfs., in the very centre of a spectacular ancient town. However, what made the Loft incredibly great for us was that special feeling we had from the very moment we entered it, which accompanied us throughout our entire stay; the feeling of being at home and a strong wish to remain there for good! Thank you Bloom Stay, you’ve made us discover a hidden gem in Canterbury and allowed us to have the greatest holidays ever.
