Prefer to stay warm indoors? Let Wine Tours of Kent bring the vineyard to you. In the comfort of your Bloom Stays holiday home, their expert team will create a relaxed, interactive and entertaining wine-tasting experience, perfect for a winter evening in.

Guests will learn about the art of English winemaking while sampling an array of Kentish wines that tell the story of the English Wine Revolution. It’s a cosy and captivating way to explore the flavours and stories behind some of the best wines in the county – all without leaving your sofa, or barstool.

Choose Your In-House Wine Tasting Experience

  1. Standard Wine Tasting – £45pp (Minimum of 10 guests/£450 minimum cost)
    • Four wines: 3 still, 1 sparkling
    • Approx. 75-90 minutes
    • Learn wine-tasting techniques and delve into the background of each wine, vineyard, and grape variety in a fun and engaging way.

 

  1. Spot the Champagne Wine Tasting – £50pp (Minimum of 10 guests/£500 minimum cost)
    • Four wines: 2 still, 2 sparkling (including 1 Champagne)
    • Approx. 90-120 minutes
    • Discover the similarities and differences between Kent’s award-winning sparkling wines and Champagne. Can you guess which is which?

Wine Tours of Kent provides everything you need for a memorable wine-tasting experience: a selection of hand-picked wines, a wine chiller, glasses, tasting notes, food pairing recommendations (on request), and a passionate wine guide to host the event. Private Vineyard Tours

 

Indulge in the ultimate English wine experience with a Private Vineyard Tour. Immerse yourself in the charm of Kent’s renowned vineyards as you spend the day sipping award-winning wines, soaking in stunning countryside views, and enjoying a delicious lunch. This exclusive experience is perfect for wine enthusiasts looking to expand their palate, deepen their knowledge, and create lasting memories with friends or family.

You’ll be introduced to new vintages, discover the latest winemaking techniques, and inspire you to start your own English wine collection. For non-drinkers in your group, a range of local fruit juices can be arranged, (charged at the full price per adult). While we recommend this experience for adults, children who come along will enjoy juice tastings and depending on the vineyards visited there may be games and fun activities to keep them entertained.

  • Tours start from £140 per person
