Lovely stay 4.8/5
Myself and my partner stayed here for a night, it was lovely the place was spotless, the hosts where lovely and so helpful. It has fantastic views and the bed is very comfortable! Id say the only thing is Id preferred if there were a few more solar lights outside because its very difficult to see and navigate your way round at night, even with a torch! We will definitely be staying here again

A lovely remote get away 4.5/5
We enjoyed our short stay at the shepherds hut. It was perfect to get completely away from it all. Anne was very helpful and they had thought of all we would need. Cool packs to keep your food cold with a basic kitchen. We will definitely be returning! Thank you.

Very cosy cabin and having a fireplace outside and a wood burner inside definitely made the experience more pleasant. Amazing views of the sky on clear nights or a warm and cosy evening indoor with a small fire going. Got fantastic views at sunrise every morning. Heather and Anne were lovely and very accommodating and everything was spotless.

Wow what a place. This was more than we could have hoped for. The hut was immaculate and Heather had thought of everything you could possibly need. It is a stunning location and the peace and quiet was perfect for us. This weekend was to recharge and that is what we did. We walked, we read, we napped and we went to a coue of local pubs for meals. We cannot rate enough and would recommend to anyone for anytime.

We had a lovely stay. It was peaceful and quiet and we loved the sheep in the field nearby. The facilities and cleanliness were great and we were left to ourselves to enjoy a mini break away. The ladies were helpful with tips and suggestions nearby and the check in process was easy. Thank you.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here with Heather and Anne they are lovely hosts. When we walked into the hut it was very clean and tidy and they have made great efforts to add extra homely touches which we loved. Plenty of wood (we loved the fire pit and woodstove inside). We went on a really hot weekend and our food stayed cool with the cool box and ice blocks which is all provided for you. It was so quiet there just what you need to switch off and relax. Heather and Anne were easy to get hold of if you ever needed anything. We honestly couldn't ask for a better place or hosts. We highly recommend a visit here. Thanks again for an amazing weekend.

Absolutely loved this place! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything had been thought of, down to the marshmallows for the fire. Facilities were fantastic, immaculate and modern. Both the main hut and the shower room /toilet were surprisingly roomy and the main hut heats up really nicely with the fire going. I would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.
