About the House

Beachside Apartment: sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom and 1 shower room. Seafront balcony and access to the beach via private, locked gate.

Middle floor - accessed via 4 flights of stairs.

Open plan living space with kitchen and breakfast bar. Kitchen area includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, wine fridge, washing machine/dryer and Coffee machine (Tassimo).
Lounge area has sofa seating for 2, an armchair and bay window seat, plus Smart screen TV, DVD player, dvds and board games/books.
Bedroom (sleeps 2) in a Double bed, fitted wardrobe. French doors to balcony with table and chair seating for 2 overlooking the beach.
En-suite shower room with large walk in shower, WC and basin.

Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note that the apartment building does not allow pets.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
