Beautifully situated in the countryside surrounding historic Sandwich, Each Manor Farm Oast offers the perfect balance of countryside, town and coast, with views over rolling fields yet within a short drive of Sandwich and Deal, and their picturesque beaches. A wonderful example of Kentish architecture, the oast has kept its characterful rounded walls whilst transforming this former farm building into what is now a fabulous holiday home, ideal for a memorable break away with family and friends.

Designed with the kitchen at the heart of the home, step inside the oast and the inviting entrance hall opens into a beautiful open plan kitchen and dining area, with quartz topped island taking centre stage, and two sets of bi-folding doors; not only capturing a view over the countryside beyond but over the walled swimming pool area, allowing for inside outside living during the warmer months, whilst come Winter watch the landscape as it changes from the warmth of the oast. Cosy evenings in can be spent both in the sitting room, with a comfy corner sofa, and the games room over a competitive game of pool. The oak crafted staircase then leads you upstairs to four bedrooms, all of which have their very own, modern ensuite, and enjoy a view of the grounds and countryside. Come summer, where better to spend your days than in the glorious lawn garden, with the countryside as your backdrop. Some may prefer to sit back on the patio area to watch friends or family running around in the garden, or choose a sunbed from which to watch loved ones splashing around in the heated pool. And when stomachs are rumbling, the outside table and chairs can play host to a meal together.

With unspoilt countryside surrounding the oast, stretching your legs with a walk in the countryside couldn’t be easier. Moments away by car there is a host of different options for a day out, with White Mills Wake and Aqua Park just a few minutes away; sure to be a favourite for the more daring of the group, whilst Wingham Wildlife Park, and the pretty, historic streets of Sandwich; from which you can hop onboard a seal watching boat, are only a 5 minute drive away. If a break from self catering is on the cards, then Sandwich offers a great choice of independent restaurants, cafes and cosy pubs, but even closer you’ll find the friendly Waterside Cafe at Sandwich Fishing Lakes (exclusively offering 10% off to our guests), as well as the village pub at Ash a walk across fields.
