Parking available on street for drop off/1 hour and nearby car park (charges apply however evenings and weekends free). Farriers Cottage, sleeps 6+1 guests. Three bedrooms over two floors, one full bathroom and a wet room / shower. Enclosed a pretty courtyard and garden with BBQ in the summer. Parking is available easily on the street and car parks (fees may apply) Many wonderful cafes, restaurants along the high street. Easy connections to London.

Ground Floor
Enter from the street up a step in the property and into the sitting room.
Sitting room offers a large inglenook fireplace with open fire, chair and sofa seating for 6. Smart screen TV.
Dining room with large antique dining table with 6 chairs, a formal and elegant space for an evening get together. There is a decorative log burner. 
The kitchen is next into the well designed modern extension including double doors and side door to the garden. The kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, butler sink and large fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine. Log burner and breakfast table for 2.
Facilities include a Barista style coffee machine (for ground coffee), microwave, toaster, kettle.
Study / playroom has a double aspect log burner with a desk area.

First Floor (accessed via a steep staircase - no handrail)
Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Family bathroom with freestanding slipper bath, wc and sink.
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2 + 1 small child) double bedroom plus single bed.
Separate Wet room above the stairs - shower and wc / sink. 

Second Floor
Bedroom 3 and walk through room (sleeps 2) double bed, with hanging space. Walkthrough landing area offers a desk and chair. Could also be ideal for those with small children with cot or kids bed. (a travel cot can be provided on request)

Outside
Fully enclosed garden with mature flower beds. Surprisingly private and wonderful for afternoon sunshine.
Table and chair seating and brolly for 6 is supplied from April - October
BBQ - coal variety (coals not supplied) available from April - October

    We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
    Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
    Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
    Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
    For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
    Please note stag parties are not permitted unless agreed in writing
    Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.
    If bringing pets please ensure you clear away dog mess.

In the Area


West Malling offers an excellent range of local shopping facilities together with a number of frequented public houses, restaurants, mainline station, and a monthly farmers market. Comprehensive Shopping is along the high street outside the door and Maidstone (7 miles), Sevenoaks (11.7 miles) and even Bluewater shopping centre (18.7 miles).

Mainline Rail Services: West Malling (approx. 0.6 miles) or Borough Green (5.3 miles) to Victoria, Blackfriars and St Pancras. Sevenoaks to Charing Cross or Cannon Street.

If you are looking for some history then do visit St Leonard's Tower. For those with little ones (or big ones!) a visit to Go Ape at Bedgebury Park or Leeds Castle is a must. There is plenty for young and old to do nearby.

Gorgeous period property in the heart of West Malling. Had everything we needed for our family of 4. The original features have been preserved beautifully, while modern touches make it functional. The house was larger than expected, and the bright and airy kitchen with direct access onto a quaint garden created additional space to enjoy the evening sun. We’ll return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property, very homely. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful cottage, it was our own home from home. We were very comfortable! We enjoyed meany restaurants and shops in West Malling. It was an easy trina ride into London and we hope to return in the future.
