Camber sands- Head down to the gorgeous sandy beach in camber and enjoy exploring the dunes or even dipping in the sea.
Kent and East Sussex railway- Take a relaxed trip on this railway and take in all the stunning scenery on the way. Stop off at shops or activities of your choice to discover more of Kent.
Rye harbour nature reserve- Go for a walk around this reserve filled with lots of scientific adventures. Spot the unusual plants and get out your binoculars to find some wildlife and hidden finds.
Rye castle museum- If you want more of an informative activity, take the family to this museum to learn all about its history. There are plenty of kids activities such as trying on some medieval helmets and looking through swords and armour.
Rye mystery treasure trail- Explore the sights of Rye by cracking codes on this self guided tour.
Bodiam castle- Take a trip over to Bodiam castle to see the incredible 14th century castle and its surrounding mote. Perfect to see the sights of Kent and also learn a a bit about history.
Rye Watersports- Have a go at dinghy sailing, windsurfing or many other water activities here. A very exciting and different activity to do as a family.
Port Lympne wildlife park- Head over to Port Lympne to see some of the 700 animals that live there. Spot the giraffes, tigers, lions and many more animals that the children will love.
Blue reef aquarium- Pop over to Hastings to see some sea creatures and explore all the underwater animals there.
