Inside, a large living area with comfy corner sofas is ideal for evenings in, off of which is a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms allow the apartment to play host to both couples, friends and families, sharing in a bathroom. Steps from the apartment lead you up to the walled garden, where a dining table,sofa seating and sunbeds allow you to make the most of the fresh sea air.
Located on the coast road, a few minutes walk to the cafes and restaurants of Walmer, and opposite the long stretch of pebbled beach that stretches as far as the white cliffs of Kingsdown and neighbouring Deal. We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note stag parties are not permitted.
Please note quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.

From the glorious stretch of unspoilt pebble beach leading you all the way Kingsdown and Deal, to the choice of independent cafes, restaurants and chops, Walmer is a wonderful choice for a stay on the Kent coast, with all within a few minutes walk of Regency Apartment. Steeped in history, and thought to be the first place Julius Caesar came to land in 55BC, its seafront is adjourned with period homes; many of which were built for admirals and their families, with nearby Walmer Castle telling a story all of its own. Walmer itself is host to some excellent cafes and restaurants, with Walmer paddling pool sure to be a favourite with families. The quieter neighbour to nearby Deal, a creative hub of cobbled streets lined with historic buildings, and everything from small art galleries and boutique shops, quirky cafes to renowned restaurants, lies under a 15 minute walk away.
