We came to the hut for a weekend away and it was perfect! The location is ideal - we loved the country walks, beaches, lovely little town of Rye and Tillingham for pizza and wine! The hut itself is amazing - it's very spacious and highlights include the bed looking into the field with doors that make it feel like you're outside and the shower looking out at bamboo. We came away feeling relaxed and can't wait to visit again!

My dog and I had a lovely stay in the little hut. We loved the peace and quiet, being able to sit outside and enjoy the view in the evenings and very nice and cozy on the inside. Henry and Edward were always super quick to respond to any messages and were always super polite! All in all a great little mini break for myself and my furry one!

We had a great two night stay at Pelsham Shepherds Hut and honestly couldn't have asked for better. The hut itself is gorgeous - immaculately clean, beautifully designed and so thoughtfully put together, with lots of little touches that make it feel special. The location is spot on too, peaceful and private with stunning views, but still just a short walk to Tillingham wine (which we loved!) and only a few minutes' drive into Rye. It felt like the perfect balance of being tucked away but still close to everything. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made everything so easy. We also really appreciated how pet friendly it was, our dog was just as happy as we were! All in all, it's amazing value for such a beautiful and relaxing spot. We left feeling totally recharged and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Wow! What an amazing stay we had at the Shepherds hut. The shepherds hut itself was stunning! And had everything we needed. Henry and Edward were both very quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations in the area. The views were beautiful and the area was so peaceful. I would 100% recommend this Shepherds hut to anyone.

Very special! We have had a lovely few days at the Shepard's Hut. The hut is finished to a high standard, very comfortable, easy to relax in and was spotless. The hut is positioned perfectly to enjoy all the surrounding views and we enjoyed many cups of tea in the morning overlooking the beautiful view of the fields and wildlife. Peaceful, private and quiet. Edward and Henry were very responsive, informative and gave some great local recommendations. We especially enjoyed walking to Tillingham for a stone baked pizza and Tibb's Farm cafe for brunch. Thank you very much for a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time away!

A fabulous little shepherds hut in an idyllic spot! Field to yourself, so quiet and peaceful and private. We enjoyed a week's stay here in glorious weather. Easy to find, clear instructions and photos. Hosts could not have been more helpful. Rye, 5 mins down the road. Will definitely be returning for some quiet weekend getaways. 5 stars all the way Henry and Edward.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Pelsham Shepherd's Hut, immersed in the most beautiful, peaceful & tranquil surroundings. The hut has everything we needed as well as a super comfy bed, from which we admired the gorgeous landscape. It was a joy dealing with both Henry and Edward who are thoroughly charming and helpful.

We had a brilliant stay at the shepherd's hut! The location is stunning, and very peaceful, with brilliant stargazing opportunities. Our highlight was watching the sunset from the bed through the bifold doors. The hut has a great, well thought out design and the shower is a real treat, as if you're out in nature! The kitchen is perfectly sized and we enjoyed the touch of the guidebooks and games. Highly recommended for people who want to stay near Rye, Tillingham and Dungeness.

Wonderful location with great views over a rolling field with pheasants, grouse and rabbits. Spotless shepherd's hut with all mod cons. Cooking oil was virgin olive oil and GHD hairdryer should both be added to description. 30 min cross country walk to the Plough pub.

I'd give it 100 stars if I could!! This is a tiny home on the grounds of an estate with its own discreet entrance - felt like discovering a secret garden. Friend and I wanted a breather from London and this ended up being our favourite getaway this year. The home is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Highlights: the open shower and the bifold doors from the bedroom that open straight onto a field. Pure magic. It's also walking distance to Tillingham winery, which meant incredible meals and wine all weekend. Communication was excellent and the space really delivered. We miss it already!

We spent 3 nights at this lovely hut and it's been truly a unique experience! The hut was tidy and well organised with a great view over the fields which we could enjoy from our bed or the sunbeds next to the hut. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for having a nice breakfast or cooking dinner. Henry and Edward were extremely helpful and really quick to respond to all our questions. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with beautiful views I can highly recommend this hut!

I had a great stay at the Shepherds hut with my dog Roo! We enjoyed looking out at the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Also lots of great day trips to explore in the area and wonderful to come back each evening to such a comfortable and beautiful place. Would highly recommend.

Just the most incredible location. You can just sit on the bed, bi-fold doors open, and watch the nature pass by. The hut itself is gorgeous and has everything you will need for your stay in nature.

Wow wow wow! The hut is just as described and just as beautiful as the photos (if not more) - uninterrupted views across the fields where you can only hear the sound of surrounding wildlife! The hut is spacious and beautifully decorated with everything you need. Rye which is just a 15 min drive away has plenty of cafes, restaurants and quaint shops to mooch around in the day. We actually ended up walking to the Plough (despite the stormy weather) which took us 40 mins and was a very scenic route along the bridal way. Great food and service and we booked a taxi through Village Taxis back to the hut, again excellent service and price! Thank you Henry for a memorable stay!

An amazing price for this wonderful stay! This is our favourite hut we've ever stayed in. The spacious layout meant we were very comfortable, we enjoyed lots of peaceful moments reading on the bed with the bifold doors open, watching the oat field sway, hares and deer wandering nearby. Henry was incredibly helpful and responsive, we loved it! Nearby we enjoyed a short walk to Tillingham vineyard for a pizza and wine, and Rye is just down the road! Perfectly situated but completely private.

We had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at Henry's Shepherds Hut. The hut is set at the side of a beautiful golden field, is so well designed and smells beautifully inside of freshly cut wood. The space is compact but has everything you need. The bathroom feels special and 'spa-like', with a fully glass window looking out onto some bamboo plants, making it feel like you're showering outdoors. The bed is comfy and looks out onto beautiful countryside through bifold doors. We needed a quiet weekend away and that's exactly what we got! Would highly recommend a stay at Henry's Shepherds Hut.
