Beautifully converted, this boutique-style studio, formerly a barn to a granary, has been transformed into a tastefully styled holiday home. Generously sized, the fully equipped, modern kitchen has everything you could need for self catering break, and overlooks a cosy sitting area from which doors open out to your private patio terrace. After a day of exploring, retreat to the King size bed, where you’ll be sure to sink into a deep slumber.

Situated in the grounds of the owner’s home, once a former granary, the friendly owners are close by should you want to ask about the best spots to visit during your stay. From the best walking routes to nearby historic hot spots such as Bodiam Castle and the cobbled streets of Rye, they’ll have local tips on hand to make your break away hassle free and that extra bit special.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.
