Two additional reception rooms offer space to unwind, whether for film nights, family games, or quieter moments. Upstairs, three spacious double bedrooms enjoy lovely views across the garden, surrounding fields, and the peaceful countryside lane beyond.
Outside, the classically landscaped garden is rich with seasonal planting, including fragrant rose bushes and mature fruit trees. A choice of seating areas provide idyllic settings for outdoor dining and unwinding in all seasons, as well as space for relaxation and for children to discover nature.
New England is just a 10-minute walk from Rye's cobbled streets, where you'll find plenty of independent boutiques, delightful cafés, historic buildings, and jolly pubs full of smugglers' tunnels and pirates' tales.
