We hope you have a wonderful stay at The Perch. We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.- Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note, for insurance purposes, the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons, please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please note: quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.
- Please refrain from charging scooters / bikes - For EV charging there is a charger on site, contact the management to arrange access.
- One vehicle is permitted in the car park unless by arrangement.
- The communal gardens are for guests' use, please keep them tidy.

Located below the tree banked Leas, where you'll soon be able to step aboard the Grade II listed water balanced funicular railway from the Shoreline to explore the mile long promenade above; that takes in views across Folkestone to the White Cliffs, below which sits the award-winning Lower Leas Coastal Park. With a beachfront promenade stretching as far as the seaside village of Sandgate; where you can find a wonderful collection of delis and cafés, to the canal of the coastal market town of Hythe with its quaint high street. There is so much to see and discover during your stay.
