And with five spacious bedrooms, split over the two floors, to retreat to come evening.
Soak in the fresh countryside air from the large, enclosed garden, where family barbecues can be had, or take a stroll through the nearby countryside and discover the breathtaking natural beauty of the area; with many walking routes and woodlands to discover nearby. Prefer to explore by car, then Lilywood sits in a wonderful location for exploring, with the coast at Hythe or Folkestone only a 20 minute drive away, with the historic, cobbled streets of the city of Canterbury an equal drive away. Whether exploring on foot or by car, foodies will delight in the choice of locally renowned pub restaurants nearby, with a few of our local favourites within a 10 minute drive.

Kitchen with electric oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and views over the garden. Open to the dining area with table seating 10 (additional space for 2 available on separate round kitchen table)
Sitting room with sofa and chair seating for 8 and open log fire.
Playroom with games and books for children, multi-sports games table and smart TV.
Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) in Twin beds
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) on Double sofa bed (please request in advance if you would like this set up)
Bathroom with bath, and walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Utility room with tumble drier and washing machine, leading to garden

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2) with King size bed, and bunk beds for children.

Gazebo covered hot tub, with outside cold shower.
Large Meadow gardens (some areas under refurbishment and are fenced off), ornamental fish pond (with low fencing), fruit trees, views of fields beyond (with animals grazing).
Trampoline and football goals - children must be supervised.
Enclosed garden - please note that there may be small gaps in fencing and neighbouring animals roaming so smaller dogs need to be supervised.

Please note there is a small pond in the garden which is fenced.
The hot tub is located at the end of the garden, which is accessed by walking up through the garden, shoes will be needed. We suggest you bring your own outdoor shoes and dressing gowns if using the hot tub.
Please note there are neighbouring properties so please be respectful and note no noise is permitted outside after 10pm.
There is also a trampoline. Children must be supervised at all times.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note stag parties are not permitted.
Please note quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.
In the Area
Rhodes Minnis is a small hamlet located close to the beautiful Elham Valley. Elham Valley is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Access to the coastal towns of Folkestone and Hythe are within easy reach, along with the Cathedral City of Canterbury nearby. There are many wonderful local pubs that offer fantastic food, and historical places to visit.
