Now let’s take you inside, where Bay View will undoubtedly feel like home, split over three floors, wonderfully kept and well-equipped to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Commanding the best of the views, on the first floor, the spacious sitting room has been designed to fully capture the backdrop of the sea, with large, glazed windows flooding the room with light, allowing you to admire the coast from the comfort of the sofa.
From the sitting room, you’ll find an attractive, modern kitchen for preparing a picnic for a day on the beach or for cooking a meal to have together around the beautiful, oak dining table, with bi-folding doors opening out to the mature tiered garden, blooming with flowers, a peaceful spot to sit to enjoy the fresh seaside air.
On the second floor, three bedrooms await, the Master where you’ll wake up to views of the sea, and two further bedrooms overlooking the garden below.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note hen and stag parties are not permitted.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.
