Step inside, and your eyes will instantly be drawn out to sea from the character-filled living area; with original flooring and panelling adding to the charm of this beautifully finished cottage, with a fabulous, modern kitchen to boot.
Come summer, open the doors from the living area out onto your very own beachfront terrace, whilst in the winter watch the ever-changing backdrop of the sea from the comfort of the sofa, a mesmerising view no matter the weather.
An ideal bolthole for four, with two comfortable bedrooms, the Master with a large, picture window sharing in those marvellous sea views — which can even be marvelled from the bathroom!
With only the seafront promenade dividing you from the pebbles of the long stretch of beach, you can enjoy relaxing Afternoons on the patio terrace; watching paddleboarders and kayaks float by, or step onto the promenade that stretches as Folkestone and Hythe for a walk or bike ride to explore this wonderful area of the Kent coast.
Sandgate itself, with its small yet perfectly formed high street, moments from the cottage, offers a fabulous choice of independent shops and eateries to discover, certainly one of Bloom’s favourite spots.

Pets allowed. Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged. Dogs are not allowed on the beach immediately outside the cottage from May–September, but can access dog friendly areas a short walk away.
Free on-street parking from 70 metres of the cottage.
Dogs are very welcome, however we ask that the patio area is not used for toilet purposes, there is however a grassed area opposite the cottage.

House Rules
We hope you have a wonderful stay in Sea Spray.
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
- Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
- Dogs are not to use the patio area for toilet use, there is a grassed area opposite the house that can be used.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please note stag parties are not permitted.
- Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.

Whether exploring on foot or on two wheels, indulge in a beachside breakfast or lunch, or savour a warming drink during the winter months whilst looking out across the Channel.
Step away from the pebbles and explore Sandgate's high street, dotted with a delightful array of independent eateries and shops. Whether you desire a breathtaking sea view whilst eating lunch from the glass balcony at one of the cosy pubs, or visit Dockers Brewery and taproom or want to pick up a delicious wood-fired pizza to enjoy on the beach, a wine tasting experience at the friendly John Dory wine tasting rooms or to sample local and continental treats from one of the delis, Sandgate offers so much to explore moments away.
