A traditional Kentish barn open to large group holiday accommodation just outside of Canterbury, Kent. A lovely venue for hen parties, corporate events or large family get-togethers. The holiday home is part of a traditional Kentish fruit farm and the property has been beautifully converted to provide excellent quality accommodation. The impressive oak beams found throughout the building give you a sense of the scale of the original frame enhancing its cathedral-like space.

The spacious holiday home features 7 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 2 family bathrooms plus 1 shower room. The Canterbury Barn is a great place for multigenerational families as there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs which allows for wheelchair access.

The barn is furnished in a modern style ideal for family and ample gatherings and those special occasions with a large central dining table suitable to seat all guests. Throughout the barn, you’ll find oak beams, oak flooring, high ceilings and the most dramatic of panoramic views across the countryside.
The Extras…
This large holiday home offers a hot tub and the use of the tennis court throughout the year. Both floors offer a living area to relax in or watch a movie on the Sky TV. Or if the sun is out, head outside to the large south-facing terrace for panoramic country views. The Canterbury Barn has a large so if you’re travelling in separate cars this isn’t an issue as there’s space for up to 6 cars. And if little ones are travelling with you just let us know and we can provide a cot and highchairs too if requested.

Conveniently located less than a twenty-minute walk into Canterbury city centre where you can soak up the cosmopolitan atmosphere or pop into one of the many local pubs or upmarket wine bars.
For the explorers amongst your group, the location is hard to beat with connecting routes across Kent and London. The Canterbury Barn is only a short distance to the seaside at Whitstable, the market towns of Faversham and within an hour of London by car or high-speed train, making this the perfect base to enjoy exploring far and wide.
