Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) in King-size bed, en suite shower room. Door leading to balcony with bistro table & chairs, accessed also from the kitchen area.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) in Bunk bed, top bed suitable for children only.

    • Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
    • Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
    • Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
    • For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
    • Please note stag parties are not permitted.
    • Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.

If you are looking to explore further afield, there are a choice of local vineyards nearby; such as Chartham and Simpsons Vineyards, and Domaine Evremond, and the coast at Whitstable is just a 25 minute drive away. With Canterbury West train station just over a 10 minute walk away, with a train taking you to London in under an hour, should you wish to take a day trip.
