With an open plan living area, a newly renovated kitchen with quartz counter-tops allows you to enjoy a hearty breakfast before a day of exploring, with a dining area, and sitting area for cosy evenings in. Awake to views of the countryside, with a full-length window allowing you to sit in bed and look out over the garden and rolling fields, with a modern shower room steps away.
Nestled between the pretty villages of Bonnington and Bilsington on the Romney Marsh, Acorn Barn is perfectly placed for exploring on foot or with a four-legged companion by your side. Set on a small working farm, in a private position yet with the friendly owners nearby should you need some insiders knowledge of their favourite spots to visit during your stay. Miles of countryside, winding paths, and welcoming village pubs await nearby. And if the sea is calling, the coast is just a 15-minute drive away with Dymchurch’s wide sandy beach ideal for long walks. And for exploring further afield, Ashford International Station lies a 15 minute drive away, taking you into London in under 40 minutes.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note stag parties are not permitted.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.
