There are huge bi-fold doors which bring the outdoors in to enjoy, or cosy up in the cooler months by the log fire. The garden has an array of beautiful flowers offering a calm and peaceful space to sit back and enjoy a good read or a glass of wine after a day at the stunning sandy beach of Camber Sands which is only a minutes walk from the house. This is the perfect place for those looking for a seaside getaway, and you are welcome to bring your four legged friends too. If want to explore further afield the ancient town of Rye is only a 5 minute drive away and is a quaint, pretty town bustling full of shops, tearooms, antique shops and restaurants.

Camber Sands boasts 7 miles of golden sand, along with rolling dunes perfect for your seaside getaway. The ancient town of Rye is also very close by where you can explore the wonderful history and cobbled streets - Mermaid Street is renowned cobbled street, and enjoy the many antique shops. When you are shopped out you can relax enjoy a spot of lunch or afternoon tea in one of the many cafes. For nature lovers the the Rye Harbour National Reserve is a haven for birdwatchers and rare plant lovers. If you have a passion for kite-surfing this is the place to be! Kite-surfing lessons are available in Camber, along with a variety of other watersports on the beach and in Rye. If you fancy a spot of wine tasting then a visit to Chapel Down Vineyards near Tenterden is a must. For families a visit on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch miniature raiilway is a must - the kids will love it! A visit to Dungeness is also a must... with another nature reserve on your doorstep, and an unusual landscape together with a wonderful fresh fish shack on the beach you'll enjoy another unique place on the coast.
