Hidden away in the Ouse Valley and perfectly positioned in the quiet village of Isfield, where story has been told King Harold stayed in the village the night before the famous battle of Hastings, close to country towns like Uckfield and Historic Lewes, and perfect for days out to explore Brighton and its famous pebble beach, pier and independent shopping lanes. The famous Sussex Lavender Line is nearby, a lovingly preserved heritage railway based at the beautifully restored Isfield Station and offering visitors of all ages the chance to step back in time and experience the golden age of rail travel.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
This property is more suitable for family groups.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.

There are several pubs nearby which are an easy walk away, including The Laughing Fish in Isfield and The Halfway House in Rosehill, a longer walk of 25 mins will take you to The Anchor Inn at on the river at Barcombe. The Peacock Inn in Piltdown and The Cock Inn Clayhill are both within a 5-10 min drive away. A variety of restaurants can also be found in Lewes and Uckfield.
