Follow a quiet country lane in Burwash, turn left, and you'll have found the hush of a quiet meadow beckoning you to stay a while. Named after the shimmering green and blue damsel flies that frequent the lake just across the field, this stunning holiday home presents a wonderful opportunity to slow down and appreciate the world around you.

Proof of this dedication to life in the slow lane are the binoculars awaiting your arrival, should you be tempted to do a little birdwatching during your stay. A plush double bed provides plenty of opportunity for relaxed mornings in, and there's soft blankets for any four-legged companions joining you (they'll also love the many countryside trails nearby, including the 5-mile Burwash Loop). There’s a quaint covered seating area outside for those not yet sufficiently relaxed, with the views over the surrounding fields meaning there’s very little to disturb the peace – except perhaps the odd tractor, the crunch of a hay bale or walkers sharing the countryside.
