This traditional Kentish barn is available for the first time for the largest of group holiday accommodation in close proximity to Canterbury in Kent.
It has a host of traditional features including oak beams, oak flooring, high ceilings and the most dramatic of panoramic views across the countryside. Furnished in a modern style ideal for family and ample gatherings and those special occasions with a large central dining table suitable to seat all guests. Conveniently located less than a 20-minute walk into Canterbury where you can soak up the cosmopolitan atmosphere, pop into one of the many local pubs or upmarket wine bars.
For the explorers amongst you, the location is hard to beat with connecting routes across Kent only a short distance to the seaside at Whitstable the market towns of Faversham nearby and within an hour of London by car or high-speed train this is the perfect cottage to enjoy a day trip from.
This special self-catering holiday barn is set in peaceful Kentish countryside yet near to it all an ideal destination for long vacations and short breaks throughout the year.

A hot tub can be provided for your stay, please advise at the time of booking if this is required. If we are not notified at the time of booking, then the hot tub will not be provided for your stay.
Dogs are permitted, but not in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged.
Cot and highchairs provided upon request.
Use of the tennis court throughout the year (please supply your own rackets).
There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs which allow wheelchair access.
Hen parties are permitted but no confetti or glitter.
Parking available for up to 6 cars. Please note, there is CCTV on the car park area.
Please note the property is set up on a hill above the A2 dual carriageway and the train line can sometimes be heard. Many guests don't even notice!
Please note, check in is 3pm and check out is 10am.

Or blow away the cobwebs in the seaside town of Whitstable, and enjoy a stroll along the beach and some famous native oysters.
