Imagine driving through woodland and alongside apple and pear orchards, and pulling up at your very own rural retreat, forming part of a beautiful Victorian Oast House. Known locally for producing fresh fruit juices, one of which will be ready for you to sample upon your arrival, the farm is surrounded by picturesque woodland with many bridleways and footpaths from the farm to explore, and with a renowned country pub and vineyard offering tastings both a short walk away.
With views over the countryside, through the quaint, cottage windows, enjoyed best from the comfort of the cosy sitting room with roaring log burner. With a modern, country kitchen looking out over the garden, with a dining table to gather over breakfast to talk about your plans for the day ahead — whether that be discovering the surrounding countryside, heading to the coast or walking the cobbled, historic streets of Canterbury.
Upstairs, the two bedrooms are beautifully styled, sharing the views, with a bijou shower room. After a day of exploring the countryside, a peaceful evening can be spent around the cosy wood burner, whilst come Summer sampling some of the locally produced wines in the garden may appeal!

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the small village of Kingston, in the beautiful countryside surrounding Canterbury. On the rolling Elham Valley Way, the area is known for picturesque countryside walking routes, with many bridleways and footpaths from the farm. With a renowned, friendly country pub, The Black Robin, a 15-minute walk away, ideal for lunch or dinner, or if sampling locally produced wines sounds tempting; Simpson’s Wine Estate is around a 30-minute countryside walk away.
For days out exploring, the historic, cobbled streets of Canterbury lie just over a 10-minute drive, with its impressive Cathedral, wonderful eateries, and mix of high street and boutique shops, but if it is the fresh sea air you are craving, the beaches at quaint Hythe or vibrant Folkestone are around 30 minutes by car.
