Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) King size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and hooks for hanging clothes (single beds available on request). There is also a sofa bed for an additional child. 1 skylight with a built in black-out blind.

Things You Need to Know

Central heating and wood-burning stove
1 well-behaved dog accepted. Please bring your own pet accessories (bowls & blankets) and ensure pets do not go into bedrooms or on furniture. Never leave pets alone in the property. Please clear all evidence of pets from gardens etc. before leaving. The owners have 4 dachshunds and live next door, so visiting dogs must be friendly. Please note additional pet fees of £35 per pet per week (or part of) apply.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
In the Area
Waltham is located only a few minute's drive from the beautiful and historic city of Canterbury, yet is surrounded by stunning unspoilt peaceful countryside, perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors, from walking on the Kent Downs to mountain biking in nearby Denge Woods and horse riding at the village stables. The excellent country pub, The Tiger at Stowting is a 15-minute drive away, and well worth it!
With Canterbury so close to hand it is worth spending some time visiting the world-famous Cathedral and exploring this beautiful vibrant city. With great shopping, superb independent cafes and restaurants and museums such as The Roman Pavement and the Beaney House of Art and Knowledge, you may need more than one visit. Venture a little further afield to the coast and the traditional seaside towns of Hythe and Sandgate, offer independent shops, antique shops, a miniature steam railway and a lovely esplanade for breathing in the salty sea air.
