Retreat to the coast with the family in this very special chocolate box cottage with direct access to the beach from the end of the garden. Nestled away and set back along a private lane in a lovely position along the seawall in Dymchurch.
Quite the spot for a visit any time of year with the beach accessible from a little gate at the end of the garden. A perfect position position for families to enjoy the wonderful beach and strolls along the endless promenade taking in the sea air. In the summer time why not take a dip in the sea and only a hop and skip back to your private garden for a BBQ.
As perfect in the summer as in winter with all the homely creature comforts and a place to snuggle up with loved ones. Nestle by the log burning fire with a good book and delve into the comfortable sofa at home to kick back and unwind in. Many guests come for the peace and tranquillity, but for those wanting entertainment nearby you will find a range of cafes, bars and amusement arcades for the little ones in the family, along with the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway which is a must for all families to enjoy whilst on the Kent Coast.
If that is a little too far, why not don your cap and tie up the laces, bring out your rackets and out onto the shared tennis court.

The Nest: sleeps 6 in a detached coastal chocolate box cottage, 1 reception room, 3 bedrooms (2 upper bedrooms interconnecting), 1 downstairs shower room and 1 en-suite WC, enclosed private garden with direct access to the promenade and beach. BBQ, shared use of a tennis court.

Kitchen, electric oven and gas hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and catering essentials. Breakfast tables and six chairs

Accessible from the kitchen via fairly steep stairs

Note, the two first floor rooms are perfect for families with children as the rooms are interconnecting

Things You Need to Know
Towels and linen are provided.
Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Dogs are welcome (maximum of 2) but please do note this is quite a small cottage and 2 large dogs will be a squeeze! Dogs are not permitted upstairs or on furniture at any time. Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged. Please ensure you do not leave dogs alone in the cottage, and pick up all dog waste and dispose of in the bins provided, to avoid any additional charges.
Please note check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am.
Logs are provided.
Wi-Fi Access, although can be intermittent due to location of the property.
Shared use of tennis courts available, access to the beach at the end of the garden.
This property is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
Friday is the only arrival day, however you can stay for a weekend or a week, or longer!

House Rules
We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
Dogs must be kept off all furniture.
In the Area
The area is renowned for miles of beach and countryside, the seaside is a lovely sandy beach and makes this the ideal place to enjoy an English seaside holiday. Pubs and cafes are within a 10-15 minute stroll, with nearby tea rooms and the iconic Amusements Arcade. The Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway is a must, to explore this area by train. Further afield is the wildlife reserve of Port Lympne, Dover Castle and Dungeness which are all wonderful places of interest and easily accessible.
