One of four stylish cabins set within the grounds of McCann’s Brewery, this compact-yet-comfortable cabin offers your own tucked-away space among the hop fields and wildflower meadows, with good food, great beer, and open countryside all close at hand.
Inside, the layout is simple, and well suited to couples or friends seeking a relaxed break with a little extra flexibility. The open-plan living space includes a sofa bed, dining area, and everything needed for easy mornings and low-key evenings, while the separate double bedroom and en suite shower room make it feel that bit more settled for longer stays – or short breaks with a guest in tow.
Outside, French doors lead onto the deck, where your private hot tub takes in views across the meadow and surrounding fields. It’s the sort of place where plans can stay very loose: breakfast delivered to your door, a walk through the surrounding countryside, lunch or pizza at the Hop House, then back to the cabin before the evening cool sets in.
And if you’d like to make the most of the setting, brewery and hop tours are available on site, offering a closer look at the working farm and the landscape that shapes it. For an easy-going Kent weekend break with hot tub, Challenger is a comfortable, sociable base with just the right amount of escape.
