Welcome to Bullfinches Barn, an exceptionally cosy countryside retreat that's nestled within the scenic hills somewhere between Crowborough and Royal Tunbridge Wells.

Inside this beautifully converted single-level barn you'll find a vast living and dining space, distinguished by soaring vaulted ceilings and original oak beams that provide a real sense of space – even when there's six of you. The inclusion of sumptuously soft furnishings and mood lighting throughout create a holiday home that feels truly special, offering a relaxing setting after a day of exploring the countryside and ancient woodlands, where pheasants and partridges roam nearby.

There are three bedrooms within the home: a luxurious master with its own en suite, a king room and a twin. Each has its own door onto the courtyard, so you can slip outside first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee and leave the rest of the house to wake up in its own time. As much a part of the house as the barn itself, the courtyard is bursting with colourful blooms, while seating areas offer ample space for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the quiet of the landscape.

The location works well for exploring, too. If discovering more of Kent and East Sussex is on the agenda, Bullfinches Barn is perfectly sandwiched between the two counties, with nearby vineyards, walking routes, and Royal Tunbridge Wells all within a 15-minute drive. You can even make a day of it in Brighton & Hove, which is roughly an hour away or, alternatively, spend some time exploring the smaller towns and villages scattered across this part of the country.
