Escape to the Kent countryside, and come together for a truly memorable stay at our beautiful Burleigh House. Steeped in character, from large, original sash windows to the sweeping original staircase, with all the space and amenities you could want for a wonderful stay together — whether that be spending time around the heated swimming pool, garden games in the beautiful lawn garden, a competitive game of pool in the outdoor games room, or meals together around the dining table prepared by a local chef.

The house itself offers six bedrooms, most of which offer views through large sash windows over the garden, or green hills and rolling countryside beyond. With a choice of living areas to relax and come together, with a comfortable family library room with a warming wood burner, kids snug with toys and games to enjoy, a grand dining room and an idyllic farmhouse-style kitchen and breakfast table with views across the garden and French doors leading outside. Come evening, retreat to the light-filled day room with picturesque bay windows enjoying the idyllic countryside view, and roaring open fire that the adults of your group will undoubtedly favour for gathering for evening drinks and games evening.

Come summer, where better to spend your days than in the glorious lawn garden, with manicured hedging, and blooming flowers and plants? Designed to give guests the fullest possible range of facilities to suit everyone from the youngest to the oldest. Whilst some may prefer to sit back on the patio area to watch friends or family running around in the garden or splashing around in the pool from the comfort of the comfortable outdoor corner sofa and dining table, others may want to have a competitive game of pool in the garden house or game of table tennis on the lawn.

Situated in the village of Charing on the North Downs, a designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', Burleigh House sits in a perfect spot for long countryside walks, with ample rural cycling routes on your doorstep and a choice of country pubs a short 5-minute driveaway. But should the sea be calling, jump in the car and be at the coast in less than 30 minutes, with charming Hythe and vibrant Folkestone nearby, however, excellent road and rail connections (the train station within a few minutes walk) make exploring your oyster, should you be able to draw yourself away for the delights of Burleigh House!
