There are many seating areas for all ages throughout the barn, from a group of bean bags to squishy comfortable sofas. A particular feature of this holiday barn in Kent is the contemporary glass staircase which sheds light throughout the Barn and makes for a remarkable party space. The accommodation also comes with an annexe which can be used as part of the Kent barn; it has an interconnecting staircase or separately with its own front door — ideal for members of the party who perhaps are looking for a little privacy.

There is a very spacious kitchen which has every conceivable machine imaginable and is split into areas with an excellently equipped cooking area, in the heart of the open-plan space ideal for preparing for even the largest of parties. There are both formal and informal eating areas, comfy sofas and the utility area tucked away.
