Known locally for producing fresh fruit juices, one of which will be ready for you to sample on arrival, the farm is surrounded by picturesque woodland, with many bridleways and footpaths to explore directly from the doorstep. A renowned country pub and vineyard offering tastings are also just a short walk away.

With views across the countryside through quaint cottage windows, the setting is best enjoyed from the comfort of the cosy sitting room with its roaring log burner. A modern country kitchen looks out over the garden, with a dining table perfect for gathering over breakfast and planning the day ahead – whether that’s discovering the surrounding countryside, heading to the coast, or walking the cobbled, historic streets of Canterbury.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms are beautifully styled and share the same countryside views, along with a bijou shower room. After a day of exploring, evenings can be spent beside the wood burner, while in summer, enjoying a glass of locally produced wine in the garden is hard to resist.
