Inside, the interiors blend warm wood tones, hand-picked local artwork, and a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The well-equipped open-plan kitchen features an oversized marble-topped peninsula that naturally becomes the social heart of the house. Sleeping up to eight guests, there’s ample room for everyone to gather around the dining table, cook together, or simply linger over a glass of wine.
The three bedrooms continue the calm, contemporary feel. One features a striking modern four-poster bed, while another offers cleverly designed bunk beds that maximise space without feeling cramped – ideal for both adults and children. Throughout this Whitstable cottage, you'll find the emphasis is on comfort with considered design.
In warmer months, large bi-fold doors open fully to create an easy flow between indoors and out. The decked garden is set up for long, sociable evenings: a much-coveted Big Green Egg for al fresco cooking, a hot tub for indulgent soaks, and garden games for those feeling competitive.

Please note, this property is a semi-detached bungalow, with neighbours adjoining. Therefore, loud music and excessive noise are not permitted at any time. Please be respectful of the neighbours on both sides of the property.
There is a sound monitor installed to monitor sound levels (inside and outside) and any excessive noise will incur a fine of 150 pound.
The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm, and music and excessive noise is not permitted after 11pm.
Groups aged under 30 are not permitted, and the house is more suited to family groups.

- Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
- Please note, for insurance purposes, the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
- For fire safety reasons, please do not use any candles in the property.
- Please ensure you read the hot tub instructions before using, and shower before and after using the hot tub for safety reasons. The hot tub is managed by a specialist, so please do not add your own chemicals, and please ensure the lid is closed when not in use.
- Please note the hot tub will be maintained on a regular basis, so please do not be alarmed if you see someone in the garden attending to this. They will aim to be discreet and minimise any disturbance to your stay.
- Please note, quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am, with the hot tub not to be in use after 10pm. Please be respectful to our neighbours. Sound / decibel monitors are in place inside and outside.

Here you’ll find the Tiny Beach House, your very own beach hut for the duration of your stay. Picture a fish and chip supper while looking out to sea, or a place to relax after a dip. We predict there will be tea, biscuits, and ice creams whatever the weather. Tankerton’s neighbour, Whitstable – famous for its oysters and fishermen’s huts – is just a short wander along the seafront promenade. There, you can sample the freshest oysters and wash them down with a craft beer or two. Even on the coldest days, you’ll find a warm welcome here.

All towels and linens are provided at this holiday home. Little Beach House also has a hot tub, so do bring your swimwear if you'd like to make the most of it.
For visiting the beach, guests may wish to consider packing beach shoes and a beach towel alongside your swimwear for walking on the pebbles. These can be stored conveniently at the beach hut for your stay.
