For those travelling by train, Whitstable station is a mere 10-minute walk, providing easy access to and from London in under an hour and a half.

Two pets allowed. Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged.
Public car park opposite the house, with nearby adjoining streets offering free parking. Car park approximately charged at £1.90 per hour or £15 maximum per day, £2 overnight charge between 9pm-7.30am - price at time of marketing, subject to change.
Please note that the property is situated close to the local primary school, some noise will be heard during week day break times.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note hen and stag parties are not permitted.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Please be respectful to our neighbours.

Famed for its tasty oysters, the charming seaside town of Whitstable, one of Kent’s coastal hotspots which we can easily see why. From its abundance of fresh seafood, with an excellent choice of independent restaurants, cafes and friendly beachside pubs, to its boutique shops and art galleries, and we haven’t even mentioned its historic harbour and pretty pebble beach.
