With plenty of space inside and out to make memories together, whether gathering around the table for a meal in the spectacular, country kitchen or outside over a competitive garden game and match of tennis, but should you wish to slink away for a moment to yourself, the choice of seating areas will allow you to curl up with a good book and a steaming mug of tea or local Sussex wine in hand for a moment's alone time.
With acres of grounds waiting to be explored, or simply relaxed in, with its own, private walled garden for secluded sunbathing and a dining terrace taking in the marvellous, countryside views. Wander around the over 200-acre estate, and you may find deer roaming, with a short walk taking you to glades of oak and beech for a peaceful woodland Afternoon walk which children will be sure to marvel in; with dens ready to discover.
Explore the local area with excellent pubs and National Trust properties just a short drive away, including Sheffield Park and Wakehurst Place. Families will love the nearby Bluebell Railway and Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for Winnie-the-Pooh. For beach lovers, Bexhill-on-Sea, Brighton, and Eastbourne are all within easy reach, making this barn the perfect base for both the countryside and the coast.
