Create lasting family memories at Oyster Shore, a beautifully renovated Whitstable holiday home set right in the heart of town.
Generous in space and full of character, this traditional townhouse has been thoughtfully updated with a modern twist. As a result, pops of bright colour and playful details create a fun, relaxed place to stay for families and friends alike.
Parquet flooring runs through the large, light-filled sitting room, which flows into a versatile adjoining area – ideal as a children’s play space (games provided), or as a convenient workspace. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is flooded with natural light and opens directly onto a sun-filled, enclosed garden that’s perfect for holding a barbecue after a day spent exploring Whitstable. After a swim in the sea, the heated outdoor shower offers a practical spot to rinse off the saltwater.
Upstairs, three welcoming bedrooms provide flexible sleeping for families. The principal bedroom features a large bay window and a king-size bed, alongside a second king-size room and a bunk bedroom that children are sure to love. These share a spacious, modern bathroom.
Location is a particular highlight: Whitstable’s bustling high street, with its independent eateries and shops, is within a minute’s walk. The pebble beach is around five minutes on foot, with the harbour just beyond; parking includes a public car park opposite the house and free on-street spaces nearby.
For those travelling by rail, Whitstable station is also approximately a 10-minute walk away, with direct services to London in under 90 minutes.
