A cute, converted former stable block, set in a rural location surrounded by beautiful countryside – yet just a short drive to Whitstable's seaside.
These stables offer lovely cosy accommodation for two, with views across the colourful cottage garden, and orchards beyond. The orchards are shared use with the neighbouring holiday cottage and the perfect place to take your four-legged friend for a walk and to enjoy the surroundings.
There is a courtyard garden outside to enjoy a spot of lunch in the sunshine – why not enjoy some locally made cheese from Cheesemakers of Canterbury, which can be purchased from their local premises only a 15-minute walk from the cottage. Or enjoy a glass of wine and a bite to eat at the nearby pub — The Dove at Dargate — voted 'Best Pub of 2019' by Shepherd Neame (the local brewery).
Further afield you can take in the delights of the Cathedral City of Canterbury, the history of Faversham or the seaside town of Whitstable, all offering great Kentish experiences.
