Located in the centre of historic Rye, Rye Townhouse is a remarkable gem of a holiday home that offers a well-positioned and comfortable base for exploring this much-loved coastal town. Tucked among the characterful streets and period buildings, this welcoming Georgian double-fronted holiday home is one of Rye's most recognisable buildings, further benefiting from the town's shops, cafés, and local landmarks being just a short stroll from the front door.

Inside, the house is beautifully decorated to give any stay here that real 'wow' factor, with local art, bespoke wallpaper and plush furnishings providing a beautiful accompaniment to the home's high ceilings, sash windows, and original architectural features. Several sociable living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen contribute to easy self-catering, while the luxurious interiors offer a balance of style and comfort that works equally well for families, couples, or groups up to 10. Bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to provide a restful space after a day out, with king-size beds in each room all but guaranteeing a fantastic night's sleep.

The great outdoors is just a staircase away at Rye Townhouse, with the tiered terrace boasting remarkable views that stretch across the local nature reserve all the way to Camber. Beyond the home, Rye unfolds around you to reveal cobbled lanes, independent boutiques, and historic sites; alternatively, take a short drive to Winchelsea Beach or Camber Sands for wide, sandy beaches and coastal walks. Fancy something a little more off-the-beaten-track? The surrounding countryside north of Rye offers plenty of opportunities for walking and day trips.
