We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
No pets are permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.

From cliff flanked sands to picturesque bays, Broadstairs has to offer some of the best beaches on the Kent coast, each with their own distinct attractions; whether you want to try your hand at surfing at Joss Bay, take in the colourful beach huts and children’s rides at Viking Bay or walk from Botany Bay all the way to creative Margate. A truly quintessential seaside town, brimming with charm, from retro ice cream parlours to boutique shops and galleries, alongside excellent restaurants and tasty cafes, it’s not hard to see why this was one of Charles Dickens’ favourite holiday spots.
With direct train routes to London in less than an hour and a half, with the station minutes’ walk from Samphire Cottage, the capital can easily be explored, or departed should a weekend on the coast be calling.
