Perched on the edge of a picturesque meadow and with mesmerising views of the surrounding National Landscape, The Hayloft is a standout holiday home that leaves guests feeling well and truly pampered. Designed in collaboration with an expert Scandinavian interior designer, the home's blend of contemporary and luxurious touches make it a real treat to escape to for a few days (or more).
Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the landscape from the heart of The Hayloft, bathing the open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting areas with swathes of natural light. The space opens onto a large sun trap terrace, where outdoor sofas and a dining area make this the natural space for your group to gravitate to for al fresco meals and to watch the sunset. That is, when you're not too busy soaking in the private hot tub below – the perfect place to unwind.
Each of the three bedrooms feature large architectural windows or sliding doors, connecting it to the surrounding greenery. The master suite is particularly indulgent, with a sumptuous super king-size bed, six-metre-wide sliding doors, and a luxurious freestanding bath. Here, every detail has been considered to elevate your stay, with British-made beds, luxurious linens, high-quality towels, and Nespresso machines giving your stay a boutique hotel feel.
Beyond the home, your own private meadow opens onto nine acres of surrounding grassland, where footpaths and trails stretch across the landscape. Whether it's an early morning stroll, a ramble in the afternoon, or simply a moment to take in the view, nature is never far away when you stay at The Hayloft.
Please note that The Hayloft is intended as a tranquil retreat, and is therefore not suitable for parties or gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy. If guests wish to invite any day visitors, this may only be done by prior arrangement with the owners or Bloom Stays.
