Inside, there’s a large king-size bedroom with en suite bathroom, beautifully styled living area and well-equipped kitchen. Huge windows and doors flood the apartment with natural light, making the most of its enviable beachfront position and inviting you outside into the fresh, salty air. Here, slow mornings can easily be spent on the spacious balcony – or why not head down the stairs and onto the beach for a refreshing swim? Whatever your plans, it’s impossible not to relax just taking in the views.

Beyond the home, Pett Level has a small cafe and a local pub serving food but with Rye, Hastings and iconic Camber Sands just a few minutes away by car, it’s a fantastic base for a seaside break with easy access to explore this corner of Kent & Sussex. Touring vineyards or finding new adventures on land or on sea are all within reach here.

Dogs are welcome in the apartment but please note Pett Level Beach will have restrictions for pets at certain times of the year.

Travelling with family or friends? Pett Beach Landing can be booked alongside neighbouring Pett Beach View and Pett Beach Cove (subject to availability), allowing larger groups of up to 8 guests to stay close together while enjoying the privacy of separate apartments.
