Thoughtfully renovated in 2021 with the help of a Scandinavian interior designer, this beautifully crafted home exudes luxury, modern comforts, and homely seclusion – all set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

On the first floor, the beautifully furnished open-plan living space makes the most of the spectacular setting, with a glazed wall framing uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. It opens onto a large sun trap terrace, complete with outdoor sofas and a dining area, providing an excellent space to enjoy morning coffee, long lunches, or a glass of wine as the sun sets over the hills. Steps lead down to a patio and hot tub below – the perfect place to unwind.

On the ground floor, both bedrooms benefit from expansive architectural windows that look out onto the surrounding greenery. The master suite is particularly indulgent, with a super king-size bed, luxurious freestanding bath, and impressive six-metre-wide sliding doors, while a second super king bedroom is served by a stylish family bathroom.

All beds are British-made and, along with the linen and towels, are of a supremely high standard. From underfloor heating and Nespresso machines, to a range cooker and wine fridge, every detail at Little Hayloft has been carefully considered to create a stay that feels every bit as luxurious as a boutique hotel – all while offering the privacy of your very own countryside escape.

Little Hayloft is a peaceful haven for those wishing to enjoy the countryside with easy access to the coast. Little Hayloft is not a party house. Extra guests are not permitted over and above the maximum occupancy stated. If guests wish to invite daily visitors this may only be done by prior arrangement with the owners or agents.
