With breathtaking, uninterrupted views across rolling countryside, sits the beautiful Dairy Barn. An idyllic retreat for couples or friends wanting to fully unwind in the most tranquil of settings, yet close enough to the historic city of Tunbridge Wells; should a day of wandering the cobbled streets and a spot of lunch sound appealing.
With high, wooden beam ceilings, step inside the airy, open plan living area, with a beautifully finished and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing a gourmet picnic for two, looking out over the sitting area with cosy wood burner for Winters evenings in, and through french doors out to the views beyond. When the sun goes down, retreat to the comfort of the King size bedroom for a restful night sleep, with modern en-suite shower room.
Outside, you will be spoilt for choice as to where to sit to take in the glorious backdrop. French doors lead from the living area onto a raised terrace, with dining table for meals al fresco, with steps leading down to a lawn garden; a perfect spot for a relaxing picnic together before exploring the surrounding countryside on foot. Whilst the pièce de résistance has undoubtedly got to be the hot tub terrace, designed to allow a completely unobstructed view of the rolling fields and hills from the luxurious hot tub, with rattan corner sofa to cosy up on with a glass of locally produced wine after a long soak. This truly is a special setting for a romantic break in the countryside

Honeymoon 4/5

What an amazing place to have our honeymoon, truly the perfect environment to relax in! We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows in the fire, and walking down the the farms lake. + There were some wonderful touches added to the property, including a lovely welcome hamper, some local cheese, and a little pack for a dog! Beautiful toiletries were provided, and were now considering switching to that brand! - The property stated there was a microwave, which unfortunately there wasn’t, the socket on the right side of the bed didn’t work. The hot tub chemicals weren’t checked throughout our 5 days stay, and it absolutely stank on the last day. The drain in the shower was completely blocked on arrival, and would chuck out dirty water and crud, I tried to unblock it during my stay, this was unsuccessful.

Top Quality Cosy Barn Stay! 5/5

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 2 Dairy Barn, the barn has been converted to a very high standard and the hosts have thought of every small detail to make it a great experience! The hot tub is a standout feature with a lovely view over the valley, and the welcome pack, log burner with starter logs and large range of kitchen items to use was a great touch, we highly recommend!

Wonderful Christmas Stay at Dairy Barn 5/5

We have just enjoyed a fantastic stay at 2 Dairy Barn. The barn is wonderful and has everything you need. The pictures really don’t do it justice as it is a lot more spacious and luxurious than they suggest and everything was like new and had one of the best catered kitchen for a rental we have experienced We enjoyed the views from the hot tub everyday and our dog loved the garden and the wonderful footpaths right on our door step. The log burner was super cosy and the large Tv with multiple channels and apps kept us fully entertained. We even had some lovely Christmas decorations and a gorgeous welcome hamper go festive essentials to enjoy. They really do think of everything. The only small criticism is, it would be super helpful to have a porch or somewhere to store our muddy wellies but it really is minor. Thank you for having us - we can’t wait to return again soon for another relaxing break

Fantastic stay 5/5

We had a wonderful stay at the Dairy Barn. Everything was immaculate. Wonderful walks with the dogs. Loved the hottub. Very much appreciated the welcome basket - Prosecco, cheese, butter, eggs, milk, bread, orange juice. All cleaning stuff provided including dish washer and washing machine tabs. Would definitely recommend
