Sliding doors lead through to the dining room, while the sitting room, complete with a wood burner, offers a cosy setting for relaxed evenings. A separate games room provides additional space for entertainment.
Upstairs, four bedrooms await, each framed by views across the surrounding countryside. The master suite includes a super-king bed, luxury en suite, and French doors opening onto a private balcony, ideal for a morning coffee overlooking the orchards. Three further bedrooms are comfortably furnished, offering a restful space for guests.
From the dining room, bi-fold doors extend the living space out to the garden, where a spacious patio and barbecue overlook a mature lawn bordered by beautiful seasonal planting. Fully enclosed and perfect for little legs to explore, the enclosed garden provides a secure space for children to play, while the wider setting maintains a sense of calm and privacy.
